Jo Jo Ho

Jojo HO was born and educated in Hong Kong. She studied at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts and the Royal Northern College of Music in the United Kingdom. Her tutors include Dr LUNG Heung Wing, Raymond LEUNG, Sophia WOO, Bruce BERG, YIM Hok Man, Ian WRIGHT, Paul PATRICK, Elizabeth GILLIVER, Graham JOHNS and Dave HASSEL.

Between 1998-2005, Jojo was the Percussion Principal and Timpani Co-Principal of the Hong Kong Sinfonietta. Jojo has performed with various international orchestras, including the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra, the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra, the Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra, Moscow Symphony Orchestra, the Orchestre National de Lille, Asian Youth Orchestra, Asian Chamber Orchestra, Pan-Asia Symphony Orchestra (Thailand).

Besides performing in Hong Kong, she has toured to many different countries for both solo and orchestral performances. Jojo has made several solo recordings with the RTHK4, was televised by the Asia Television Company and the British Broadcasting Company.

Besides educational and performing works, Jojo organises concerts, master classes and music festivals in HK for both HK And overseas music and arts organisations.
