On a stuffy summer night, when the cicadas are chirping, the lychee fruit is ripe, from the Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra building located in the Pearl of the Orient suddenly comes a string of mysterious 8G radio waves. The long-lost Chef’s Chopper and the palate-testing Magical Sauce have suddenly returned! The cuisine circle immediately sits up and listens. Among them are the Wind Blowers from the northeast, the String Pluckers from the northwest, the String Pullers from the southeast, and the Gongs Ensemble from the southwest. All of them want to pass the test of “colour, aroma, taste, type, container” and form a “taste alliance”!

These factions have long been occupying their own territories and seldom infringe upon each other. Why have they come all the way to seize the treasure chopper? What kind of secret is hidden behind the chopper?

This midsummer, join us on an adventure of magic and fun with conductor Chew Hee Chiat, composer Chan Ming-chi and the Yip’s Children’s Choir!
